Property’s cancellation policy
- Every booking made and confirmed must pay 1 night deposit non refundable to secure the reservation.
- If there any cancel or modify before 14 days prior of arrival is free and only takes 1 night deposit paid when made a booking.
- 14 days to 3 days prior of arrival must pay deposit nonrefundable 50% from the entire amount
- Less 3 days must pay full payment or 100% from the entire amount.
- Amendment of reservation may occurred at least before 14 days prior of arrival, and subject on our availability.
- We will contact you further following deposit procedure, and authorize link payment will send to settle deposit.
- If the non refundable deposit has been settled and if any amendment or booking revision period of stay may not occurred cancellation penalty at least before the term of cancellation policy arise and room is subject to the availability
- The deposit is non refundable except any force majeure arise with both of agreement between guest with the property.
