By making a reservation or using our services at Agata Villas Seminyak, you agree to the following terms and conditions

1. Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A valid name, email address, and phone number are required to confirm a reservation.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

2. Payments

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods.
  • All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Additional fees (such as taxes, service charges, or extra services) may apply.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking type (flexible, non-refundable, or promotional).
  • For flexible bookings, cancellations made within [insert number] days before check-in may be refunded, minus any applicable fees.
  • No-shows or early check-outs are non-refundable.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: from 14:00 (2:00 PM)
  • Check-out time: until 12:00 (noon)

5. Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are expected to respect the villa property, staff, and neighborhood.
  • Any damage caused to the property or facilities by guests may result in additional charges.
  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

6. Villa Facilities & Services

  • Facilities and services provided may vary depending on the villa type.
  • Requests for extra services (such as transportation, tours, or special arrangements) can be arranged at an additional cost.

7. Liability

  • Agata Villas Seminyak is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
  • Guests are advised to use the in-villa safety deposit box for valuables.
  • We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or medical issues that occur during your stay.

8. Force Majeure

Agata Villas Seminyak shall not be held responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Privacy

All personal information provided by guests will be handled in accordance with ourPrivacy Policy.
